Download.com Staff Feb 27, 2009 Set a window to stay on top with this single-function but handy application. Stay On Top’s interface is merely an icon in the system tray. Many users keep multiple programs running. Though some applications feature a stay-on-top feature, the option is not always available. Stay On Top displays the list of active windows when right-clicked. Select a listed window to force it to stay on top of all windows. To return to normal windows functionality, simply reselect the listed item. Though the feature is extremely basic, a small instruction or help file is needed for novices. This freeware is a great help to any user who wants a window to stick on top.
